Sneha:
The end of my Comet years is upon us, and honestly? Part of me is surprised I made it far enough to write this. The path to graduation has been a long four years of we’re so backs and it’s so overs, and being a part of this magazine was the highlight of it all.
To my sweet exec team — you are insane and lovely and capable and absolutely bursting with creativity. Never change. I’ll miss having a space that is so deeply ours, in all its chaos and camaraderie, and the time we’ve put in month after month to stress and stumble into a complete magazine. You guys were my strongest community on campus and absolutely deserve some of the credit for me making it this far. Thank you.
To our contributors and readers — you are what makes this magazine what it is. I’ve always said AMP is “by students, for students,” and each of you plays a part in what we create. I hope AMP remains your entertainment and your advocate for a long time.
I’ll keep my eyes lurking on AMP, in a slightly unsettling but mostly encouraging way. Signing off, with all my love. <3
Shreya:
We made it, kids! Graduation season is upon us, and I just cannot believe we’ve made it this far. From stepping onto campus as a wide-eyed freshman, not knowing what I’ll do with my life to leaving as a jaded senior, still not knowing what I’ll do with my life, these past four years have been a wild ride.
I’ve made so many memories, friends, and happy moments here – most of them thanks to AMP and the incredible people in it who give the magazine life, who made it what it is today. I’ll remember each and every one of you fondly. The exec team I’m leaving behind is an amazing one, with passionate and creative people who I’m honored to have worked with.
To all the contributors, I’ll miss reading and editing your pieces — you are what makes AMP, AMP. Here’s to all the memories I’ve made so far, I’ll miss you all so very much. In the wise words of Temoc, best whooshes!
